1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Yalla MooV app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yalla MooV.

2. Service Description

Yalla MooV is a platform connecting users with sports venues and fitness activities across the Middle East and North Africa region. We provide a subscription system that allows you to book and attend activities at partner venues.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • You must be a resident of a country where we offer our services
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

4. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • You must upload a clear photo of your face for check-in verification
  • Only one account per person is allowed
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account

5. Consent to Data Processing

By creating an account, you explicitly consent to:

  • Collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Use of your photo for identity verification at check-in
  • Sharing your data with partner venues for verification purposes
  • Receiving notifications about your bookings and our services

6. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Subscriptions auto-renew based on your selected period (monthly/yearly)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated

7. Bookings and Cancellation

  • Bookings depend on availability at partner venues
  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity
  • Cancellation within 24 hours may incur fees
  • No-shows count as a check-in from your subscription
  • Repeated no-shows (more than 3 per month) may result in account suspension

8. Venue Check-in

  • Check-in is required via QR code scan or manual verification
  • Your profile photo will be used to verify your identity
  • You must arrive on time for your booking (maximum 15-minute delay)
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry if the photo doesn't match

9. Code of Conduct

When using Yalla MooV and partner venues, you must:

  • Respect venue staff and other users
  • Follow safety rules at each venue
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes
  • Not share your account or subscription with others
  • Wear appropriate attire for each activity
  • Not act in a way that harms the reputation of Yalla MooV or partner venues

10. Health and Safety

  • You are responsible for assessing your physical capabilities before any activity
  • We recommend consulting a doctor before engaging in new sports activities
  • You must inform the instructor of any health conditions or injuries
  • You participate in activities at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Yalla MooV is not liable for injuries during sports activities
  • Partner venues are responsible for the safety of their facilities and equipment
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your annual subscription

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos in the app are owned by or licensed to Yalla MooV. They may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent use of the service
  • Repeated no-shows
  • Misconduct at partner venues
  • Providing false information

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of any material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the following laws based on your country of residence:

  • UAE: UAE Federal Law - Dubai Courts
  • Saudi Arabia: Saudi Regulations - Riyadh Courts
  • Qatar: Qatari Law - Doha Courts
  • Bahrain: Bahraini Law - Manama Courts
  • Kuwait: Kuwaiti Law - Kuwait Courts
  • Oman: Omani Law - Muscat Courts
  • Egypt: Egyptian Law - Cairo Courts
  • Jordan: Jordanian Law - Amman Courts
  • UAE and Other Countries: UAE Law - Dubai Courts

Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt an amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration or the competent courts.

16. General Provisions

  • If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between us
  • You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent
